Unit 27 Total Conditioning & CrossFit Phuket

Unit 27 Total Conditioning & CrossFit Phuket

9/49 Moo 5 Soi Ta Aed, Chalong, Phuket Town, Phuket 83130 Thailand
unit-27

Unit 27 isn’t a wellness retreat.

It’s where you go when you actually want results.

Right in the middle of Soi Ta Iad (Fitness Street), Unit 27 has built a reputation as one of the most serious strength & conditioning facilities in Phuket. People don’t come here to “try a class.” They come to train hard, sweat properly, and change something.

Beginners. Amateur fighters. Everyday professionals. Pro athletes.
Everyone plugs into the same system.

If you like structure, coaching, and being pushed — you’ll love it.

If you want chilled yoga-and-smoothie vibes only… this might not be your spot.

Unit 27 Phuket – FAQ

Yes, but expect to work.

Workouts are scalable, and coaches adjust weights and intensity. You don’t need to be fit before arriving. You’ll get fit here.

If you’re brand new to structured training, start with Rapid Fire or BodyFit before jumping into the heavier sessions.

No.

The CrossFit Phuket facility has proper coaching for Olympic lifts and technical movements. If you’ve never touched a barbell before, they’ll teach you correctly.

Honestly? Hard.

High intensity. Phuket heat. Fast-paced sessions.

But everything is structured and coached. You’ll be pushed — not thrown in blind.

Minimum: 3–5 days if you’re just visiting.

Better: 1–2 weeks to see real changes.

Ideal: 3–4 weeks if body transformation is your goal.

Most people extend their stay once they get into the rhythm.

Most people train:

  • 1 session per day (sustainable)

  • 2 sessions per day (serious mode)

More than that and recovery becomes the real workout.

Use the sauna and ice baths — you’ll need them.

Stay walking distance.

Training twice daily in Phuket heat makes scooters less appealing.
